Let's find balance as we jump into the holiday season. Join us as we exercise, relax, unwind, enjoy healthy meals, mingle and more on this short weekend getaway. Tucked in the forest, you'll have beautiful views of the collegiate peaks and endless land to walk around. This weekend getaway is about rejuvenating your mind and body as we come into the holiday season.

We'll offer three yoga classes, led by Alba Avella. We'll be enjoying incredible, home cooked meals by Chef Kat Houser. In between classes and meals, we'll enjoy a hike, the hot springs, sitting by the fire, reading, journaling, talking, whatever it is your mind and body need. Let go and have fun!  Come replenish and let your mind and body rejuvenate, refresh and recharge.

Retreat Includes: 

  • 2 nights in a private, peaceful cabin
  • Healthy Meals (all are included from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch)
  • 3 yoga classes led by Alba
  • Saturday morning meditation / intention setting
  • Additional activities like hiking (weather permitting) and a trip to the hot springs
  • Friday & Saturday night camp fire
  • Other goodies

Single bed: $450

Special Notes:

  • Please bring your drink of choice if you plan on drinking alcohol.
  • We require that you have health insurance coverage
  • Arrive to the cabin anytime Friday after 3 pm.
  • Just a mile up the same road as Mt. Princeton Hot Springs (about a 2 hour drive from Denver)
